In order to fight Labor Ready and
the decision of the Zoning Board, we, the people of Uptown, must demand due
process. There is a solid legal
basis for pursuing our concerns at the Circuit Court level and we have a
leading law firm who has agreed to take on our case.
Through several generous donations,
we have already raised the majority of the funds necessary to take our case
to court. If we achieve the
goals of the 100 for $100 campaign, we will have raised enough money to pay
for our legal fees. But, this
can’t happen without your help.
